Are these scans available in English or do you know anyplace I can get them in english?

You can find English boxes here. However, you should know that this site is mainly populated with French collectors so you'll mostly find French boxes as all the boxes available here have been uploaded by members like you and me.
But more and more English speakers come here, so hopefully more English boxes will be available after a while.

Yes please, the more english people will scan boxes here, the more others will find it usefull, and will do the same
