If you print at home, use an imaging app that knows how to handle images resolution.
Don't print images through Windows or Paint, these applications don't understand images resolution well. If you are using an imaging app (such as Photoshop, Photofiltre or Gimp), or if you go to a print house, please check you don't have "adapt image to page" or "print full page" print setting checked (or any print setting that looks similar).
To ensure your images are printed at the right size, you can check measures found on each image downloaded on this site.

If you print at home, you will need thick photo paper, a good inkjet printer, and obviously ink cartridges.
If you go to a professional print house, he will provide you the paper directly.
