[SOLVED]How to prepare a file to print from Photoshop

Hi guys, I have printed some boxes with a laser professional printer(Xerox). I realised that all boxes that have a main background with black color such as Starfox or Killer Instinct were all of best quality, instead the only one box with a different color such as Street Fighter II turbo was less brilliant and near to real color. I have to print other boxes that are similar to Street Fighter II Turbo, but I prefer to solve this question before in order to avoid printing boxes with altered colours.
I saved all files with Photoshop with these settings:
High quality print
No compression image
JPEG High Quality
ICC profile sRGB, 8 BIT
Output FOGRA39
There are any mistakes? Maybe have I to save as a JPEG instead of PDF?

Black is no problem. I think where things can go wrong is the fact that our files are using an RGB color profile, while a printer expects CMYK color profiles. So colors on screen (RGB) are being interpreted by the printer and more often than not you'll see differences at that. What you can try to do is change the color profile to CMYK. But many times i found myself having to print the boxes 5 times or more before i was satisfied with the colors. It can be a very tricky process if you set the bar high enough.

Before printing I read lots of discussions on Web about the mismatch between RGB and CMYK and I discovered that was better to keep file in RGB. Maybe I misunderstood, I don't know. I had also said to printer that all files were RGB and he didn't say me anything. I printed boxes on self-adhesive glossy paper A3 size. Maybe I set output colour profile not correctly. I think that I could talk with printer or maybe try another printer, print with a conversion in CMYK and establishing output colour profiles. When you printed your boxes twice or more, did you change printer or settings of your pdf?
If there is someone printer in the forum that could help me, I will thank him

UPDATE: I went to another printer, this time I saved all files not in pdf but jpeg high quality baseline standard RGB/8 bit. This printer printed directly onto special cardboard near to original and final result was excellent

These three pictures are referred to second printer. Now the colours are vibrant and bright as they were originally. I think that the first printer had to refill some colours of toner.
