Hello and thank you for your submissions,
1) Depends on the quality
2) Depends on which console (we are few administrators, so each console has its own admin), and the spare time of the corresponding administrator (this free project is based on the good will of contributors and administrator). Be patient, it will be reviewed sooner or later
3) Yep, should be. You will receive email notification on any step you file pass into (acceptance, decline, publish, etc), hopefuly with details in it (also depends on the admin ^^).
