On parle ici de l'actualité propre au site, de ses nouvelles fonctionnalités, de vos propositions pour améliorer tout ça (ben mince alors je pensais que NintAndBox était déjà parfait, sic !).

Maybe with need to start trying to refer english people to the site and make it more famous.
I think the more we'll be uploading usa box scans here and have an English-speaking forum for a person who doesn't understand french and find it difficult to communicate, the more international people will come here and share their nintendo boxes.

Yes i think that is a good idea to invite some more english people to the page, and maybe start making more post in english so they feel a little more comfortable

I don't know if y(oYo), the webmaster and owner of the site can do it, but an exclusively english part in the forum can be a good start to attract some english natives people here.... and to add some US box to our collection...

We all know thecoversproject website, and we all agree that it's awesome :)
Some members of the projects are also NintAndBox's members, and we already take and give back scans each others.
But because we have slightly different purpose, maybe I could ask them a link exchange to increase visibility ?
Problem is they don't have any external link, so I guess they won't agree.

I could make an english part for the forum, but I don't yet how to handle new problems:
- This would split the audience, between the english and french users, and they won't communicate anymore :?
- I have to find at least someone who speaks english that can moderate the forum, anwser, etc.

I still have to think how to handle that, but be sure I will soon.

I dont think that that would split the audience, i think that there are a lot of english members that doesnt participate because of the forum being in french. Or maybe doesnt need to be a "section" just try to post more topics in english so english speakers feels more comfortable

Sounds good !
That gives me an idea, but I fear google to ban me for using too much his translate service :)
What if I auto translate all non english posts, in english ?
So any english member that would come would see english at first sight, then would see that some posts are auto-translated.
The same way could be done for french users, auto translate english posts.
I guess that would be awesome, but it would toggle the free "on demand" Google translate service into a paid one, and the website can't afford it right now :?
Or maybe I could save translation in some cache system to avoid autotranslating each time ?
I have to dig more into that, I think that's a good path to follow.

Hi guys,
i'm gonna start uploading my files in the zone de depot including us nes and snes boxes.
The problem is that i don't know how to send them, nothing is appearing on the home page :?: or maybe If I'm not wrong an admin needs to check the size and the quality first before taking any scans from members.. am i right? anyway i also have mini famicom and disk system but i am not sure if it will be accepted here.. perhaps this is not the appropriate time yet
